Beautiful, Very clean large Fully Furnished one bedroom condo located on the Isle of Capri, ten minutes from Marco Island and South of Naples FL. Full Kitchen, Bath, and Powder Room. The bedroom has one King Bed. Living room has a Pull Out Sofa and a Single Twin Roll Away.

The condo has its own private fishing dock with the best Snook fishing in south west Florida. Also overlooking the ocean is a private pool deck and Tiki hut. You will witness Manatees, Dolphins, Flying Stingrays and much more passing by while relaxing with others. Once you settle in you will become one of the family.

Laundry rooms are available on each floor. Max Residents per unit is (5) No pets, No smoking inside, Minimum Rental Thirty (30) days

Situated close to Restaurants, Pubs, Cinemas and Shopping. There are several Marinas which have daily boat and pontoon rentals. Charter deep-sea fishing is also available. The Island is only 45 minute south of Southwest Florida International Airport (MCO) Fort Myers

Loved our stay on Isles of Capri!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable time during our stay at this condo. The owner was absolutely great! He communicated with us, answered all of our questions and had everything very well organized. We had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was immaculately clean and the weather was beautiful the entire month we stayed. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a peaceful, safe place to stay away from the tourist traps! 1/2017

Incredible and beautiful

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful condo for the month of January 2013. Everything about the condo, facility, pool, grounds, dock, and fishing were more than we could have ever expected. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Dolphins everywhere and manatees breaking water were wonderful. Everything was just perfect. Everyone we met was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a perfect place to spend a month or two or more. There are many good restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute drive. Mark, the owner, is a great guy and was very helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions on how we could better enjoy our stay. We can't wait to come back next year.
