Very clean and nice condo set up for an open feel. You can walk to the beach from across the street or tram can easily pick you up. Very consistent and timely. The tennis court does need to be resurfaced. It was unusable for pickleball. Would be nice to have a bike or two kept on property. Overall great experience.
