Our lovely & spacious beach house awaits your group for an unforgettable vacation stay! We have everything you need to have the best time while on vacation. GameRoom with pool table, A quick and easy 9 min walk to the white sand beach, the kitchen is fully equipped with all your need to prepare your favorite meals. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10 guests. We are located near all attractions, shopping, restaurants, and more—Smart HD Roku TVs in all rooms.
The pool opens during the warm season April to Oct.

The space
Get ready to embark on an epic Florida vacation! Our home is conveniently located near the best that Destin has to offer: sand, surf, beach activities, and an incredible food scene. Our home offers more space than your typical beach condo, along with increased privacy, additional security, and an intimate backyard- perfect for your beloved pets (up to 2, with a fee).

You’ll be just walking away from the white sand beach! We provide a FREE beach wagon, umbrella, and 2 chairs to take with you on your daily beach adventures ($50 daily savings)! Our home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds.

If working is a must while on vacation, no worries! Enjoy blazing-fast wifi for all of your work or streaming needs. Everyone can stay connected with zero issues.

Here’s the house breakdown, so you’ll know exactly what to expect:

Kitchen: If you love cooking while on vacation, you’ll be happy to find everything you need and then some, in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, large double-door refrigerator, a double toaster, blender, and coffee maker, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You’ll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals in-home.

Living Room: Retreat to the living room after a long day in the sun, and relax on the large & cozy sectional, while you stream your favorite show or movie on the 65” TV with Roku. This space is also perfect for a fun game night! Enjoy our game room with a pool table, video games, and numerous board games. We make vacation fun a priority!

Bathrooms: There are 2 full restrooms, both with soaking tubs, and 1 with a separate shower, also.

Bedrooms: Rest easy knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep with 3 full bedrooms and 5 beds, all with luxury mattresses & HD TVs with built-in Roku.

*Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and -Baby crib (in the Master closet)
*Bedroom #2 has also a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom.
*Bedroom #3 has queen size bed and a bunk bed of queen over queen bed. This room has the master bathroom with a stand-alone shower and double vanity.

Outside
Let the kids (and pets) run free in our large, private fenced-in backyard, while you prepare a scrumptious dinner on the propane gas barbecue grill. Relax in our outdoor patio furniture and enjoy a night under the stars!

Additional
+There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home so that you can launder your clothes, daily.

+A high chair is available for your little ones.

+There is plenty of parking space with the 2-car garage

Cleanliness is a priority! Just as our excellent guest reviews confirm, our amazing beach house will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We also ensure to disinfect of all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.
