Mahalo Bill for sharing your experience. We try limit in person contact to respect guest's privacy, but we are always just a message away on the VRBO app and do our best to respond quickly. Our office is off site, though we remain available anytime guests need additional support. The condo is on the second story and does require a few stairs, and we are sorry to hear this felt inconvenient. We also wish we had known about the concerns you found during your stay, as we would have addressed them right away to make your visit more comfortable. Overall, we hope you still enjoyed your time on Kauai!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Irene. I’m so sorry for the concerns you encountered during your stay. We appreciate you bringing the tub safety issue to our attention. The tubs were recently refinished, and while rubber mats can unfortunately damage the new surface, we understand it was a safety oversight and appreciate you bringing this up. We will be moving forward with adding a grab bar in the meantime. I’m also sorry to hear about the tennis courts being unavailable. We were given an initial completion timeline, but the work appears to have extended beyond what was communicated to us. We're sorry about the disappointment in not being able to use the tennis court. We value your feedback and appreciate you sharing it with us as it helps us continue to improve the experience for future guests. Mahalo again!
