The location was good. It was so convenient to everything we needed like the Grocery store and even the Mexican bakery (Jimenez Panaderia) was great. Also, short trip to go downtown. Quiet neighborhood, which was good.

This was the perfect place to stay during the holidays. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is much larger than it looks in the pictures which was a big plus. The house was beautifully decorated and the host was very responsive to questions. Check in was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here!

Very relaxing stay. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the roomy kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and very close to HEB and a Starbucks. Easy checkin and checkout. No problems. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was beautiful and very well decorated. All of our necessities and wants were provided. We had our furbaby with us and she couldn’t have been happier. There was a fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run around. I would definitely recommend if you want a nice place to stay that’s close to all of the downtown attractions.

We stayed at this charming house with our daughter and granddaughters for our granddaughters national cheer competition. The house is located in a wonderful area. It was very quiet and located close to everything. The house was absolutely spotless! The host was so helpful with everything from booking to providing a list of her favorite restaurants! I would definitely recommend this beautiful home!!

This was a beautiful home! The photos do not do it justice… it’s even better in person. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, welcoming and cozy. Located 10 minutes from downtown/riverwalk area. Our dog enjoyed the large backyard.

Beautiful Home, Great Area

The home was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The yard is fenced and well kept. The inside was beautiful. Kitchen was big and stocked very nicely. There was a grill, but we didn't use it. The family room was very nice. Beds were comfy. Lots of pillows with lots of options. Area is very nice and close to everything we were visiting.

Best place we’ve ever stayed at.

This house was SPOTLESS and gorgeous. The location is beautiful and quiet. My husband and I are pretty introverted and love waking up to birds, not music. This is exactly what we got. This house is close to a cute park we took our dogs to. Close enough to downtown that it wasn’t a chore to go shopping or resturaunts. We will always try to book this house for our San Antonio visits in the future! 10/10.

First Time Stay in a House

This house was wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was a home away from home. At first I got sketchy getting off on the wrong exit and driving through unknown territory but a very quaint area. Very old and established. My pomeranians loved playing in the backyard and Margo really helped with putting additional netting by the iron gate so they could not slip out. Very sweet! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Charming Home

This home is absolutely charming! We absolutely loved the architecture of this home as well as the entire neighborhood! The layout was perfect for our family to enjoy our privacy but be together! The kitchen has so much space and is tastefully done, we had everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals together, hardwood flooring throughout made it easy for us to maintain with our pets! Seperate living and dining rooms are well spaced with a ton of room, the house is also tasteful decorated but for me, the master bathroom was easily my favorite room😊 the shower area was definitely enjoyable!! So lovely, thank you so much Margo, we appreciate you and your home so much! If we're ever back in San Antonio we will definitely stay again!!

The Historical Monticello Park neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful centrally located neighborhood. It is walking distance to WoodLawn Lake & Park and is less than a 2-minutes drive to HEB grocery store and StarBucks.

You won't drive more than 5 to 10 minutes to downtown San Antonio attractions! This includes The River Walk, The Alamo, Towers of Americas & Hemisphere Plaza, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Majestic Theatre, Charline McCombs Empire Theatre, Tobin Center for Performing Arts, Aztec Lounge, San Antonio Museum of Art, Historical Market Square, La Villita Historical Village, Historic Market Square, UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures, Spanish Governor’s Palace, Texas Selfie Museum, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! And more.

The Historical Pearl, the Alamodome and the AT&T Center are located on the outskirts of downtown within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

A short 5 minute drive will take you to Breckenridge Park which includes the San Antonio Zoo, Witte Museum, the awesome Kiddie Park, The DoSeun Museum and the Japanese Tea Garden. The area also includes the San Antonio Botanical Garden and the McNay Art Museum.

You will have easy access to The South Texas Medical Center which is less than 5 miles.

The military bases are an easy drive within 8 to 10 miles including Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston AFB, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Lackland AFB and Wilford Hall Medical Center.

You will have easy access to The Historical Missions at 7 to 15 miles including Mission Concepcion, Mission San Jose Church Missions National Historical Park and more.

Brackenridge Park Golf Course, Olmos Basin Golf Course and The Quarry Golf Course are within a 5-minute drive.
