Escape and unwind in a brand new Modern 1 bedroom casita in the prestigious Gavilan neighborhood of Cerritos. Perched high above the beach watch whales breach the ocean, watch the sunset or watch the sunrise over the Mountains . Unwind by the solar heated pool.

We are a 3 minute walk to Gavilan beach which is perfect for privacy and long beach walks and it is a 3 minute drive to Cerritos beach The town of Todos Santos is approximately 5 miles and the charming village of Pescadero is 1 mile.
The space
Casita Sereno is a brand new modern studio apartment. Queen bed, attached kitchen with stove top , full refrigerator , coffee maker and wine cooler. Starlink Wifi, Luxurious and stylish space.
