2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was somewhat clean, but unfortunately, many of the items were not working properly. When we reported that the flat iron wasn’t working, they told us they were going to charge us $35 for it, which was frustrating since it was already not working. The sofa bed was also broken. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
