Welcome to our NICE & COZY ™ apartments!
✔You will find a modern home, renovated in January 2019.
✔Shops, restaurants and public transportation are within 5 minutes walk. The apartment is 20-25 mins by walk to city center (15 if you walk like my wife☺)
✔Big public parking space in front of the building
✔The place is very quiet.
✔For the smokers there is a nice terrace/garden that sometimes comes together with cats.
✔We provide all essentials you need. Everything you'll need to feel at home!
The space
This is an apartment I'm hoping guests will feel truly comfortable.
The studio apartment is a very welcoming 30 m2 place.
It comes with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, Air Conditioning, fridge and fully equipped kitchen.
✔ Bedroom. The king size bed will let you rest comfortably even in day time using the large windows curtains. At request, it could be two separate single beds. Also there is an extendable sofa. The apartment can accommodate maximum 4 guests.
✔ Kitchen. A small but smart kitchenette allows you to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast or meal with fresh vegetables from "Iosefin vegetable market" situated at a 7 minutes walk. And coffee!
✔ Bathroom with shower
✔ Separate Laundry area with washing and dryer machine (shared).
✔ Baby bed at request

Having a small court, you will find a place to enjoy your time. You can enjoy your morning coffee or a fresh drink, taste fresh fruits and vegetables and it's still easy and fast to reach the city center.
Guest access
The grounds of the building are securely gated and require access card for entry. I will meet you on arrival to hand over your keys.
Guests have the whole apartment at their disposal. They can smoke on the little terrace or just relax in the garden.
Other things to note
If needed, we can arrange pick-up from the airport.
Conversational level in English, Romanian, and Hungarian.
Before to book and if you have pets, please send a short message and let us to know which kind of pets. Some neighbor have cats and maybe a big dog who don't like cats will not the best option.
Smoking is allowed only on terrace or in court, NOT inside of apartments.
