Access to the full home, with kitchen, laundry, and a backyard that you won't want to leave. Sitting on a large corner lot, you will have a wonderful deck/patio, large pool, hot tub, and more. Other nearby amenities include shopping malls, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to nearby highways makes easy travel to the University of Northern Iowa and other nearby attractions.
