Our family-friendly 2 bed 2 bath is situated in the heart of the city and is conveniently located close to all the best attractions. Within minutes are some of the city's most popular restaurants, bars, and shops. For those looking to explore the outdoors, we are just a ride away from Lake Arrowhead, as well as lush parks with trails perfect for biking and jogging. We are also within easy access to public transportation so it is easy to get around. Only 2 minutes from the University of Redlands.

Great Getaway in Redlands

My daughter, wife, and I stayed one night in Redlands to attend graduation at U. of R. The 'Tribune' was an excellent alternative to booking multiple rooms in a hotel. The place was immaculate as the pictures show. Everything was comfortable and clean. The host was responsive and friendly. Our entire stay was enjoyable. This is the property I will hope to book the next time I'm in Redlands.

A wonderful place

This property is charming and kept very clean. It has everything you need until you get to the games room. Then it has way way more fun than anyone needs. What a treat! Loved every minute of being here. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Overall, a nice, clean place. However, the listing didn’t mention that it’s a duplex/shared property. It was also advertised as having a hot tub, which turned out not to be the case—something my kids were a bit disappointed about. The front door’s key lock system occasionally unlocked on its own, which was concerning. That said, the owner was very kind and responsive.

Great Place

Came down to Redlands for my Daughters Graduation. This place is bang in the middle between Downtown and the U of R. I stayed here with my wife an Daughter. The place is very clean and secure and we felt safe. The whole place has recently been tastefully remodeled. The appliances are brand new. Rafael is a great host and responded very quickly over email, when I had questions. Would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Redlands.

Fit Our Needs Perfectly

Everything was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay very much. I have a couple of suggestions- Getting luggage through the two gates and over the stepping stones and rocks was difficult. Knowing one could unload the car from the back alley once inside would have been helpful. Also, having a slightly larger table with 4 chairs that fit it would have been nice.

Comfortable and cute!

Exceptionally clean property with up-to-date decor and very comfortable beds! Fully renovated and updated interior, with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of nice touches to make a stay smooth and without issue-- even first aid kits in the bathrooms. Although we didn't have use for the game room, it sure would be fun for guests! Loved the many extra blankets throws, as weather turned cool and they kept us cozy. Our only brief hiccup was check-in, as the host email providing the door code was sent less than two hours before check-in time. The email sent the day before check-in indicated to follow instructions posted on the door, so we didn't realize that we need to check our email again upon arrival. Within minutes though, the host communicated the door code via Ring. Convenient location for university events!
