Townhouse, well ventilated, is 50m from the beach entrance. Sleeps up to 14 people. WIFI available. On the first floor: 4 directories, 2 bathrooms and balcony overlooking the square (front) and Beach (left side) and the Sierra on the right side. On the ground floor we have: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living room, kitchen, laundry area, 2 car garage, free area between house and townhouse, and in the house we have 1 bathroom, table and benches, barbecue and beach utensils (chairs , umbrella, mats, beach carts, gazebo, ombrellone). It has good supply infrastructure nearby. House has 192m2 of construction and 300m2 of land, all walled.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
