Why they chose this property
Get away from the black Jeepney exhaust smoke, downtown traffic jams, pollution and typical city noise and heat.
The house is located in a residential district but outside of the city proper, here the air is far more suitable for breathing.
We are always optimising the house and listening to guest feedback on the subject.
You can sit outside on the terrace in the cool evenings, your privacy is ensured by the screen of bamboo planted outside.
Attractions in the district:
A view of Mount Apo from the end of the street (3000metre.)
Deca Wakeboarding centre Mintal, new Vista Mall Mintal, Forest Hill Resort, Japanese Tunnel, Jaks Ridge, SM Ecoland, UP Mindinao, Davao Sport Complex, Malagos Garden resort and Chocolate museum, Philippine Eagle Centre, Huni Farm in Wangan, Los Amigos childrens park, Eden nature park and the new Coastal road park are all close at hand. Best beaches are on Samal and Talicud Islands. McDonalds ,Jollibee, Daba Wings, Chow King and Zero Degree are all represented nearby, about 10 minutes by tricycle.
