The Pine Place is a cozy home with a large yard and fire pit, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just one mile from Main St. in Crosby. Four bedrooms, fully-stocked kitchen, basement family room, 2 full bathrooms. A great deck with gas grill, lockable storage shed. Amenities galore. Full size Fridge with water and ice dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, gas range, dishwasher, microwave.

The Pine Place is located just one mile from the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail, Crosby Memorial Park, a variety of local restaurants, skate park, children's park, hospital, 24-hour Holiday gas station, ACE hardware, Family Dollar/Dollar General and more. Serpent Lake is also just a mile away, and mini-golf and a gorgeous golf course are just 5 miles away. Huge Super One grocery store just 2.2 miles away and it is 15 miles to downtown Brainerd, 25 miles to Safari North (zoo) or Brainerd International Raceway.

Originally a lake cabin, The Pine Place was moved to it's current location about 20 years ago (sorry, no lake!). The main level has 3 bedrooms (full x2 and twin), living area, kitchen and bath. Window air-conditioning unit. The king master bedroom in finished basement has a TV, as does the basement family room. The basement also has a full bath and laundry area. There are Echo Dots with Amazon Alexa in the kitchen and in the basement. Ask Alexa (via Echo Dot) to play some music, set a timer or give a weather report and more!

Other amenities include WiFi, Smart Locks, lawn chairs, misc. games, a pak-n-play and off-street parking for 3-4 cars (or a boat trailer!).

First VRBO and very pleased with everything! The place is like a home away from home and felt that our ecery need was covered. Close to sight seeing, shopping and food. Property manager could not have been any kinder or easy to work with. Will stay again and reccomend to others.

The stay was wonderful, they had everythingth we needed. They had snacks and games for the kids. The hosts were wonderful and easy to reach on phone or text. I would recommend it highly.

The property has a great location. The house is in Crosby but it is a quiet area, very nice. The house has three rooms on the main level and one downstairs. Plus, there is a family room downstairs. The house worked great. It was clean, a lot of supplies (shampoo, paper towels) are there for your use so less to have to bring with you. The property manager is on top of everything very helpful. The communication is great she makes you feel like she is always there for you. Very nice place. This was our second stay and plan to be back again.

Crosby house vacation

Was a nice place for the price .Very clean and amenities were nice..My wife and I stayed in the Master Bedroom in the basement and it was nice and comfortable.Our friends that we traveled with said the other rooms were on the small side on beds weren’t very comfortable a thin memory foam mattress on top would probably work.Would definitely rent again though!!

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access.

The Pine Place had everything three friends and I needed to enjoy the trails and lakes of Cuyuna. The listing is accurate, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The locking shed was great, as we each brought two bikes and paddleboards. We rode to the trails right from the house, as well as doing a century gravel ride right from the house. All the restaurants and the grocery store are within a 5 minute drive, as are the mine lakes for paddling. Communication with Michelle was easy and quick. Thanks for the great stay Michelle!

Awesome!

The location was great. The house is in town yet quiet and private. The house is wonderful. The basement has bedroom, living room and bathroom which provides a place to relax away from other family members sleeping upstairs. The upstairs has three bedrooms so there was enough space for everyone to have there own area. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, bedding and everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. The host was pleasant, easy to work with and checked in several times to make sure all was well. Overall Amazing. Five stars.

We're still just a mile from downtown Crosby. We're enjoying our semi-retirement and look forward to hosting families or friends who want to experience all that Crosby has to offer!
