Make beach vacation memories at this family-friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story beach cottage. Sleeps 6. No stairs, elevators or high rise condo crowds! Just a 10 minute walk, or just a few minutes with the provided bicycles lets you be close to the beach, but in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Located approx 0.5 mile from the beach on the west end of PCB, in the golf cart friendly community of Laguna Beach. Located between Pier Park and 30A. Small pets UNDER 30 pounds welcome, with no additional pet fee. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and toys are available for your use. We also provide 5 different sized bicycles and wagons for your use! Space available to park your boat and a hose available for fresh water rinse.
Owner Managed, no 3rd party management company. We quickly address any issues.

You are a 10 minute drive from the world famous Pier Park shopping and dining.

Enter the property in the living room where there is a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs, one of those is a recliner. The kitchen and dining area has seating for 7 total.
We take our coffee seriously! We provide a Ninja brewmaster pro coffee maker that takes ground coffee and K-cups. It also has a frother attachment. Down the hallway is a guest bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the right and has a new king sized bed with a twin pull out trundle underneath for little kids. It has its own en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom which hosts a twin bunk over a queen bed. There are board games and some toys to entertain in the evenings.

Laguna Beach is known for its white sand beaches and being a golf cart friendly community. A mix of old and new beach community, you won’t find friendlier neighbors!
Free onsite parking with space available for smaller boats less than 26’.

Disclosure: There is a ring camera floodlight on the front left corner of the house that monitors the exterior of the house and entry into the yard and front door. Any evidence of exceeding the max number of guests allowed, partying, or violations of the pet policy or any other policy WILL be grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds or concessions.

**After booking you will be sent a renter agreement. It must be signed within 24 hours or your booking can be canceled by the host.
**Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not offer refunds, change dates or offer any concessions due to weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
There is no-smoking and pets UNDER 30 pounds are allowed if non-aggressive. MAX of 2 pets. If you are caught violating this pet policy, it WILL result in immediate eviction with NO refund.
This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, noise complaints or partying will result in immediate eviction with no refunds or concessions.
Upon booking, guests agree to forever hold harmless and indemnify Owner from any liability to guests or guest property.

If you book directly at AKGetaways, there is a $300 deposit. The deposit runs 48 hours prior to arrival and releases automatically 48 hours after departure if there are no damages.
Beach access #78 is right down the road and there are no high-rise condos at that beach access, so much less crowding.

***If you attempt a credit card chargeback, I WILL prosecute under Florida statute 509.151 which is a felony offense for defrauding an in-keeper. I have a ring camera on sight to monitor the property and I take before and after photos of the property. Book somewhere else and save yourself the trouble, I WILL prosecute. ***

We love The Coral Casa! The cute beachy vibes in this home are the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Enjoy the less crowded beach area since there are no high rise condos at the closest beach accesses. A quiet and family friendly neighborhood that is golf cart friendly. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen! We’re 1/2 mile from beach access which takes about 10 minutes to walk or 2-3 minutes to drive. A well equipped kitchen provides ample opportunity to make your own meals or you’ll find various restaurants of every type within a 15 minute drive. A mix of old and new, you wont find friendlier neighbors!
