EAA AirVenture!! 5 Bedroom home, 14 miles from EAA!

Large, custom home built in 2018 only 14 miles from EAA features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms.

First floor Open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. 4 bedrooms upstairs, finished basement with additional living room space with two TV's arcade, skee-ball, foosball table and dart board, as well as an additional bedroom and full bathroom.

Outside has a large patio area with outdoor furniture, string lights and gas fire table. Backyard has fire pit with firewood provided, trampoline, backyard playset, and tree swing.

***While we do not allow any pets for the rental, we do have a cat and a dog. The dog is a purebred standard poodle, so she is hypo allergenic and does not shed. They will not be here during your stay, and the house will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, so there should not be any issue, but we wanted to make potential guests aware, in case someone in your group is severely allergic.

*Property has a Ring Motion Light/Security Camera located on the front of the garage. It records 24/7 when activated by motion. There are no other cameras or audio recording devices on the property.

Why they chose this property

This property is our primary residence, but will make an ideal place for Business or Family travelers to stay during EAA Airventure festivities. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a subdivision out in the country with large lots, so there is plenty of privacy from the next closest houses.

There is a large backyard patio with outdoor furniture, string lights and gas fire table. The backyard also has a firepit, with firewood provided, as well as a trampoline, swing set, and tree swing.

What makes this property unique

While this is our primary residence, we are full time VRBO Premier hosts for our Lakehouse in Northern Wisconsin, so we are very familiar with hosting short term rental guests!
