B&B Midtown Phoenix I is Unit #1 of a 7-unit townhome community called Moli Gardens (North). We are the owners, builders, and developers of Moli Gardens. Ask us about our other projects. The space
Two-storey, 1800 sq ft., pet-friendly (must check with us before booking), open floor plan with a loft style second floor. High ceilings, natural light year-round. Three bedroom, two-bath, plus an office space in the second floor. Two-car garage and a small outdoor patio, perfect for cold, winter nights in AZ. Perfect for traveling professionals, work-from home folks looking for solid internet connection, access to amazing restaurants (try Taco Chiwas), and a home away from home. You will have access to the entire space for the duration of your stay.
