The house was overall clean and provided us a space to live while in transition for our new home.I do want to note that there were a lot of black widows on the outside of the house so if you plan to stay here or bring pets/children just be away of that.
Home is tucked into a neighborhood with nicely maintained homes. It was easy to get to Boise and surrounding attractions. The fenced in yard is a bonus.
We needed a pet friendly place to stay for a week while work was being done on our house. Loved the location and access to trails, restaurants and downtown!
I stayed here just shy of two months and really loved the location and neighborhood. The home was comfortable and a great fit for my needs. A few of the all-white linens showed some wear, and the heater is a bit loud (it startled me at first, but I quickly got used to it). The backyard was great, too. Overall, a wonderful stay, I’d definitely stay here again
Great location, close to family. House inside was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Home had everything we needed. We would stay there again.
The location was great and such a nice home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. It also has a great selection of movies to watch! 😊
Wonderful house, great location with an exceptionally fabulous record collection. We enjoyed walking to the foothills and the ease of this location to go to Bogus. I highly recommend staying at the house.

The place could use some love. Doorknob handle is falling off in bedroom and several light bulbs burned out. Front screen door falling apart. Same with wooden gate on side of house. Great location, just needs some maintenance to keep it in working order for future clients.
This property technically had everything we needed. With kids and dogs, the fenced yard would have been great. Except the yard is in terrible condition. The back patio furniture is covered in cobwebs and it’s clear nobody has spent any time or care in either the front yard or the backyard in a very long time. The backyard grass is crunchy and wasps were constantly swarming the yard so our kids could not take advantage of the large yard. The house has all the right rooms and space for a family. But the smell of animal urine really smacks you in the face when you walk in. We notified the host immediately and they claimed there was a same day turnaround and the cleaner did the best she could, but this smell is IN the floors and is likely years worth of soaking in. It’s obvious this is a known issue because there are air fresheners (not new ones) all over the house. We bought candles and pet odor fabreeze to try to help but the smell immediately comes back as soon as those candles are out. The smell was so bad that we even tried to find another place to stay, but with the Ironman event in town and with a dog, our only options were hotels so we stayed and just tried to get through it the best we could. It would not be hard to make this a 5 star property if someone just cared about it even a little bit. But those wood floors are probably going to have to be replaced (and lower cabinets in the kitchen, it smelled terrible under the sink) if they ever hope to eradicate that smell.

Could use some yard maintenance for being a pet friendly place and some updated pictures.
