This home has two off street parking spaces in the rear of the building.

Great house!

Our family had a great stay at Triple Crown! The house is even better than the pictures. VERY clean! Location is close to the highway for easy access to any activities in Louisville. We would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Place

We absolutely loved staying here. Came with family for opening night at Churchill. New, spacious, exceptionally clean and Derby/Kentucky themed decor. Great location! Short drive to the track and area restaurants and other attractions. We will definitely stay again. Carly is a wonderful host!

This house was clean, spacious, and convenient! We loved our stay at this house— it was close to fun locations for our girls trip, the house was very clean and updated, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had! 10/10 recommend!

Great stay! In the heart of the University of Louisville. Easy to get around the area. You will get use to using the alley entrance. Home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room to sit and relax. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. All were very hard. A mix of soft and hard pillows would have been ideal.The host was awesome. Checked in on our family and gave us recommendations on things to do in town. I would recommend to other family members and friends to stay here.

New spacious accommodations

We recently stayed here with three families while attending a show in the area. The house was convenient, the host was so accommodating & the house was wonderful. We will definitely look to using this location again! Our only issue was the neighbors trash cans in the alley getting to the parking but definitely not a big issue. Highly recommend this host & location!

Beyond Expectations

Everything was well done. Host was very cooperative. We had a three year old and eighteen month with us and he let us check in two hours early. He answered all questions quickly. This is the place to stay.

This place is awesome: 5 stars!

This house is beautiful from top to bottom! It was super comfortable and every thing is new and clean and the set up is wonderful. Our visit to Louisville included 3 couples. The space and set up was ideal. And Carly, our host, went above and beyond in her communication. She was always prompt in getting back to us and offered great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. One heads up: the airport is fairly close by (a convenience!) but also you will hear some airplane noise at night - if you're sensitive to sound, bring earplugs!

We arrived in town after a ten hour drive a little over an hour before check in and the host was so wonderful, they allowed us to come in early. Beautiful clean spacious home well appointed. Loved our stay we will be back next year for NAHBE and plan to book here again.
