This private one-bedroom suite is attached to our home but completely separate, with its own secure entrance and two outdoor spaces reserved exclusively for you: a private fenced patio plus a separate private hot-tub area. Inside, you'll find a spotless, thoughtfully appointed space designed to make your stay comfortable and easy. The suite can accommodate a smaller adult or child on the couch (not a pull-out couch).

SLEEPING & LIVING
Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser, luggage rack and dedicated desk/workspace.

Living area: Comfortable couch with attached lounger, dining table with bench seating and Smart TV. Guests are welcome to sign into their own streaming accounts during their stay.

Step outside to your fenced patio with café lights, seating and your own exclusive hot tub—the perfect place to relax after exploring Fort Worth, attending an event or simply enjoying a quiet evening.

KITCHENETTE
Full-size refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, electric griddle, blender, dishware and flatware.

Coffee lovers can choose between a 4-cup coffee maker and a single-serve machine, with coffee provided.

Please note: The suite does not have a traditional stovetop or oven.

Keyless entry with a personalized code, central A/C and heat, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, towels and linens, robes, hair dryer, paper towels and trash bags.

Free street parking is readily available directly in front of the home, with additional parking available in front of the one-car garage.

The Good Life is located in Morningstar, a peaceful, well-kept community in Aledo with convenient access to Fort Worth and Weatherford.

You'll have quick access to I-20 and I-30, with restaurants, groceries, shopping and everyday conveniences just minutes away. Instacart, DoorDash and Uber Eats also deliver directly to the suite.

PLEASE NOTE
The surrounding area continues to experience new-home construction, which may occasionally affect traffic patterns. We recommend using GPS for the most current routing during your stay.

Guests do not have access to the community pool.

HOUSE RULES & SAFETY
• No smoking (except on the patio - Must keep cigarette/cigar trash contained and disposed of in outside trashcan on the patio)

• No parties, events or large gatherings
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
• No Trailer parking available
• No car charging ports available


For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the front driveway and private outside entrance. Cameras do not view or record any interior areas.
