Wonderful property in a stellar location. Beautiful sunset views and the property was well manicured. Mark and Rhonda had everything labeled so things were easy to find. Lots of amenities on the property like Kayaks and fishing poles. Mark was very quick to respond and even helped me figure out whether my electric car would be able to charge on his property (he has both NEMA 10-30 and 14-50 plugs).Very satisfied with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again

We loved our stay at Mark's property. It was the perfect location for our family getaway, close enough to Dallas but far enough away to feel like we were gettimg away. The house was clean, right in the lake and full of things to do.

This place is just a dream for our family vacation. Close to everything, great yard, dock, fire ring, toy shed, house. Everything was well maintained, easy to use and nicely appointed. Mark and his wife were easy to reach and quick to respond to questions and very helpful.We will definitely come back for more lazy lake life moments, Mark and Rhoda took a lot of time thinking through, storing, maintaining and labelling everything you need. They also provided a nice book explaining everything in the house and how to use it.Top property owners!

We had a great stay. The fishing was good and the host was very helpful when we had a small issue. He called very quickly and it was resolved immediately. The house was fully stocked with all essentials making it very comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

Great Fishing!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. House is comfortable and very well prepared for guests. Fishing was great off the dock!

This was the perfect house for our little family getaway. The house was clean, well laid out for great family time. Great views of the lake ! The covered porch was perfect with fans and views. The kitchen is very well stocked and easy to find everything. Mark waa a great host! We’d go back

Weekend Getaway

Perfect getaway for our family! Beautiful, clean house with comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the game room and kayaking. House has everything that you need and the owner was great answering my all my questions! We plan to be back sometime in the summer!

Amazing!

We had an amazing 5 night stay. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. The game room was a hit with our kids along with the toy shack. The dock is in great shape. We spent much of our time out there. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Mark and Rhoda were excellent host and made our stay a breeze.

Friends getaway

This house was perfect for a quick couples getaway! Everything we needed was provided and the host were so kind and helpful. Perfect place to escape with a beautiful view of the lake and a great dock for fishing. We will be back!
