Spacious master bedroom with large bathroom, walking closet & well equipped Kitchenette. 1 queen bed and twin sofa bed. Private entrance. Parking for one car available on driveway. Centrally located. Close to major cross streets; Katella & Euclid ave. Approximate 10 minutes driving to Disneyland and 5 to Anaheim Convention Center. close to shopping malls; Main place & South Coast Plaza. Acute hospitals; UCI, St Joseph and CHOC in Orange are within 10 minutes driving distance.

I do not know why the guest gave my place two stars ? The guest reported the reason she wanted to cancel her reservation was because her job place was too far and didn’t she didn’t have a car. She pleaded me to allow her to cancel it since per VRBO, it was up to my discretion per policy. I spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO trying canceling her reservation and getting her money back. I felt sorry for her and I did. But a few days later, she said she might stay the whole month because she liked my place very much. She never mentioned any complaints at all about my place. Now I feel this guest was not sure what she wanted. And I feel betrayed because I didn’t have to permit to cancel the reservation and I did. And the way the guest paid back my good heart is with a bad review. This taught me a lesson to run business with your brain and not your heart.
