Much thought has been given to providing the little touches that make for a memorable family vacation, including the use of complimentary beach toys and games, a built-in ice maker to fill up your coolers, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, board games to entertain the whole family, bean bag chairs for the kids to lounge in, and much more.

The kitchen at Good Tides provides you with everything needed to serve up gourmet meals, delicious cocktails, or just simple snacks and includes an outdoor gas grill to cook hamburgers, hot dogs, or your fresh caught fish.

After the day’s activities, spend the evenings watching a movie, cooking s’mores at one of the nearby fire pits, or playing games before turning in for a restful night’s sleep in luxurious bedding.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
