Great Breck Condo for Ski Vacation

Very pleasantly surprised & satisfied with our experience. Condo was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great; underground parking a big plus. And south gray line bus to the Beaver Run base has a stop right at the end of the driveway. Will definitely consider renting this condo again!!!

Outdoor lover's dream

We were late arriving on Friday due to the wonderful traffic out of Denver. We called the office to let them know and the woman who answered was sympathetic and helpful in letting us know how to pick up our key after hours. Having a spot in the garage was a nice treat and an elevator getting to the 3rd floor was a bonus. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. Once we opened the windows, it cooled right off. The deck has a wonderful view of the ski resort and offers a perfect spot to enjoy hummingbirds and other wildlife "doing their thing". We watched a couple of foxes out of the bed room window playing and hunting on the hillside. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfy. It's the best we slept at altitude in a while. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals in. We also liked that although we were surrounded by wildlife, we were just a short distance to the happenings of town. We had a car, but you could also catch the free Summit Stage or even walk if you prefer. We really enjoyed our time at Woods Manor #302-A and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Woods Manor is incredible and 302-A does not disappoint. Michael is responsive and welcoming and a great communicator. The unit is old mountain chic with comfortable furniture for lounging and the master bed was super comfy. Yay! Was nice to have a chair in the master and super nice to have the master closet available to use. Everything was clean and well appointed in the unit. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 star is the carpet. The carpet is a little tired with some wear spots, but it is the end of a long season and to be expected. Certainly did not bother us. Other than the carpet the unit was super clean and neat. We missed in the unit detail that the coffee pot was a K-cup and the unit did not have any laundry detergent, but no problemo we took a quick trip to City Market. PARKING - A, garage with code and secured! ELEVATOR A with cart for moving luggage and bags to 3rd floor. AMBIANCE AND LOCATION Stellar A tuckedaway in the forest, but only 2 block walk to town. KEYLESS ENTRY A CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT seemless and ever so easy.A fantastic experience. We will be back for sure! Thank you Michael and Peak Property. - Barb and Dale Dishmon

The free "trolly" never came and the free public bus was a VERY long wait in the cold. That was the only issue we had with the property.

So close to everything and having the bus stop right outside was wonderful. The underground garage with storage was incredibly convenient. We all commented how quiet and peaceful the condo was and the view toward the mountain was spectacular. Only improvement that could be made was the mattress on the fold out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable as you could feel all of the springs. Other than that we highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Great stay in Brekenridge

Place was in a great location. On shuttle route for skiing and a 10 min walk to restaurants and shops. Place is ver spacious! Great for a family to relax after skiing.

Spacious, quiet condo

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, quiet condo. It was great to get a cross breeze because there are windows on three sides and a fan. Appreciated the master ‘wing’ and the two bathrooms. Great location as it is quiet but an easy walk to Main Street.
