Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
There are a lot of things to list. I’m not a person who likes to write reviews, but this place was pretty bad. Extremely basic. Photos didn’t look like the actual living area. No little things like pillowsor extra blankets they only supplied two crunchy towels, no face towels or anything. No coffee or filters things that most hotels have as a convenience. Although it says they have parking, we had a lot of trouble with the app and then once that was sorted out, there were not a lot of spots available. If you say you have parking in your ad, then you should indeed have parking. Place was noisy. Just not a place we would ever stay again. It was quite disappointing and the communication was not great. At one point, we were speaking to someone on the phone who knew absolutely nothing about the place. I was getting over a broken ankle and I had to go up three flights of stairs. Would not recommend this place at all. Needs a lot of little touches and you get the feeling they’re very cheap. Also didn’t look clean. So they had stains on it and nothing to cover it.Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.
