Lovely new home

Lovely new home in a nice, new neighborhood. Home was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. It has every appliance you could need, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were a daily favorite and the gym equipment was a nice bonus. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay

Planned this stay to visit the area in hope to buy a vacation/snowbird home and some relaxation. This was the perfect house, big enough for 2 families, my son enjoyed the pool especially after a day at the beach. We did find a home and can’t wait to start enjoying it. Downtown Wellen Park is amazing, lots of great restaurants and everything is within walking distance and a short 15 Minute drive to the beach.

The home was so nice: clean spacious for our family of 6, plenty of towels for bath & pool & beach; plenty of pool toys; pool was perfect with hot tub; kitchen was well stocked with nice pans, dishes, glasses etc. bathrooms were new, clean good lighting. Only suggestion would be a grab bar in shower area & a bench in shower in master. Location within 1 mile of cool today park, perfect neighborhood for families. Bikes were in garage but didn’t have time to ride them. Golf cart available soon to ride to Publix & ball park . Home very close to siesta key beach & other beaches in the area.

My Cool Today Stay

The property is excellent. Overly spacious for just the two of us and everything is supersize. The pool now that it is finished is lovely and I'm sorry I didn't get to use it. I love the wave action. Steve, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, and I would happily rent again next year for up to a month if it should be available in February. Only drawback is getting in and out due to the traffic at the ball park
