Beach front and an easy walk to Gamble Rodgers State Park or North Peninsula State Park. Bike to Downtown Flagler Beach.1 King Size bed bedroom2 Queen sizes bedroom1 full size Sleep sofa at the Livingroom2 full bathrooms, Living room over looking the Ocean. Full equipment kitchen, Full Size Dinning room, Work desk area. Extra Large patio over looking the Ocean. In addition to this the development has a pool, tennis court, BBQ grills, shuffle board, and ample parking.
The parking area is on the back of the building, you can take any space you need. About the area:5 mins from Flagler Beach Downtown.15 mins from Ormond Beach Downtown.45 from San Augustine Downtown.1.5 hours from Disney World (Not during rush hours)
The pool is being refurbished all January 2023. After that is going to be like a brand new pool.
