An amazing property close to downtown DelRay. The house was beautifully decorated with all top of line amenities. The pool was one of the best features with outdoor television and in pool seating. The house was well stocked with everything needed. The owner was great with communication and the house guide booklet answered all of our questions. We will definitely book again in the near future. The house is definitely a 10 out of 10 rating.

Beautiful Property and Comfortable Stay

This home was perfect for our group of 5 friends to have a comfortable place to relax by the pool and sleep, very close to downtown (only a very short Uber ride). Walking or using the on-site bikes is also an option. The house had every comfort and utensil, great beds, and had a very clean and contemporary interior design. The host was very thoughtful on what was included in the home and was easy to contact. I will be keeping this property on my list of places to return to.

Eva and Ed thought of everything and more! This property is not only beautiful and very comfortable, but also very spacious, clean, & well equipped with everything you would possibly want or need in a vacation rental! The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all implements, the coffee maker is next-level, the yard is clean and private, the pool warm and clean. There is a sunny spot in the yard with comfortable seating for all times of the day! The location is convenient walking distance from the shops and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. They even have bicycles for guests to use!Eva and Ed provide more than just the basic spices, vinegars and cooking oils of all kinds! You will want for nothing other than a vacation extension at this beautiful, modern and high-tech property! Book it! You will have no regrets!

Paradise 101 is located in Del Ida Park, a historic home community that is located just off Lake Ida West Park in Delray Beach, Florida. Del Ida Park features quiet streets with mature landscaping. It is known for its thriving arts community with a number of great galleries, museums, and shops that display the wares of artists from across the country. Paradise 101 is just blocks from these shops and galleries. There is easy access to I95, Downtown Delray’s Atlantic Avenue, and the beaches. Area parks enhance the outdoor experiences that the area offers including boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking trails, and more. Del Ida District is close to shopping including Delray Marketplace, golf, beaches, and attractions. Downtown Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue with zillions of amazing restaurants and bars is steps away, and Mizner Park and Fort Lauderdale with Los Olas Blvd are a short drive. Palm Beach International Airport is 20 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 30 minutes away.
