We’re so glad you enjoyed the space overall, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the hot tub and the master bathroom. I would like to point out the hot tub was not dirty, but the natural metals and minerals in the well water in this area do give off a slight hue to the color of the hot tub. Our teams drain, clean, refill, and chemically balance the hot tub after each guest checkout, but the slight water discoloration may have still been evident upon arrival. Additionally, we had a plumber out to the home to fix the leak you brought to our attention and all is well now!

We also appreciate you letting us know about the hot tub during your stay—our team was happy to get someone out quickly to take care of it. Regarding the driveway, you’re absolutely right that it can be steep, especially in winter conditions. During icy or snowy weather we do recommend AWD/4WD when possible, as it makes the climb much easier. We’re glad the few minor issues didn’t take away from your trip and truly appreciate the feedback. You’re absolutely right that the property is especially beautiful in the warmer months, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
