This amazing home is located 10 minutes from the west entrance to Zion National Park and 30 minutes from St. George, Utah. The home is located in Virgin, Utah in a new development---Sierra Bella Estates. The home was featured in the Washington County 2010 Parade of Homes.

The development borders BLM land so there are plenty of trails for mountain biking, hiking and riding ATVs literally in your back yard. World-class mountain biking trails, like Gooseberry Mesa, are only minutes away. Other activities only minutes away, include over a dozen golf courses, Zion National Park, horse back riding, boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, and outdoor theater. After a fun day of activities, you can relax in the pool and large hot tub, and enjoy the majestic scenery and star-filled nights.

Other notable attractions in the area, include: Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Powel which are all within a two hour drive.

The house was perfect for our family group. Plenty of space, lovely pool, clean and big kitchen for cooking. It was easy to get to Zion in the morning and really nice to relax by the pool at the end of the day.

Relaxing getaway

Our experience started well before we arrived. Carol was extremely responsive and helpful in providing some pre-stay information regarding local fishing, restaurants, etc. We love to eat local! The house exceeded our expectations, room for all 6 of us to relax and have our own space. It was a bonus having some left over snacks & condiments available and we definitely tried to add to the stash. The pool & spa was the highlight, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Utah in the heat of summer. We highly recommend!

The house is lovely, just as all the pictures show, and the descriptions. Clean, comfortably and the owners very responsive. The handle on sliding door broke and they had someone come right away the next day to fix it.The outdoor area, pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring. Located in a nice area, easy to get to different places in and around Zion NP. Perfect house for a group, highly recommend!

Love this place!

Love this house. Has a great pool and Jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and the place is clean. Close to Zion so we just had a great family weekend. Highly recommend this house well worth the money.

Wonderful visit

We wanted to stay in a VRBO during our visit to Zion, given the high temperatures. We had been camping in Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. Our stay was very enjoyable and fit the needs of our family.

Perfect family getaway

Very Comfortable

Great House - Highly Recommended!

Stayed with a few friends for a weekend getaway hiking in Zion. The house was clean, designed well, and very comfy. Carol was a great help and assisted us with Hot tub within minutes of reaching out. Would recommend to all looking for a quiet sanctuary. Looking forward to the next stay. :-)

Amazing views and spacious house!

We stayed at this home after several nights of being in hotels and it was exactly what our two young families needed. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the pool. The house is a quick scenic drive to the Zion which was great because we hit the park early everyday. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zion. If you stay here be sure and check out a sunset.

Perfect Family Home

We live in Northern Utah. My husband is from Idaho, and I was born in Kanab, Utah, but lived in SLC and South Carolina.

Why they chose this property

We had this built for a Parade of Homes. We owned and developed the 50 acre subdivision. This is the only home inn the front is the community, and is so very quiet.

What makes this property unique

We love this home because we designed and had it built. We love the pool with the large hot tub, the fire log by the pool, etc. WE love where the home is located because you can see the stars on a clear night. There are currently no street lights in this little town.
