I am a retired IT guy living in Denmark with my family and not far from Copenhagen. In 1995 I started travelling to Thailand and 5 years later I visited Phuket for the first time. Since then I returned to the island every year and later on twice a year.

One day I rented an apartment in Patong Tower and immediately I fell in love with the close view to Patong Beach from a high-rise building like this. And I was also thinking of a local place to keep my private belongings so I didn't have to bring a big suitcase with clothes etc every time I needed a new trip to Phuket. So when I got the opportunity to buy my own condo I just couldn't resist it. But since there are high costs running a condo and keeping it well maintained I realized that I had to rent it out in order to be able to pay the bills the same way most of the other co-owners do. Soon I got several good local friends, and recently I started helping one of these friends renting out his condo. That means I do not own the condo in this listing - I do only manage the rental.

When entering the condo and going out on it's cosy balcony you will emmidiately realize that the view to the beach and Patong Bay is totally stunning! Later on when you go downstairs and outside you will appreciate the central location of the condominium as no matter if you need to go to the beach, the shooping center or the night life the distance is pretty short. If you would rather relax indoors, you can enjoy all the comforts that the apartment offers.
