Summary:

This is a large and bright two bedroom, two bath plus loft style, split level condo with a ground floor entrance. Loft has 3rd bed with office desk and chair to work from home.



The Space:

The master bedroom is upstairs with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and is downstairs. There is a full bathroom downstairs. There is an open loft den with a "Jack And Jill" bathroom that connects with the master suite.

This large open floor plan has the living room, dining room and kitchen areas with cathedral ceilings and a wood burning fireplace.

The loft has a full size bed and its own small private terrace with views

Enjoy 1289 square feet of living space and spread out!

You are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities the community of Ventana Vista has to offer.

The community pool for the Ventana Vista condos is heated year-round. There is a hot tub right next to the pool, and a tennis court is nearby. Ventana Vista is a gated complex.
