Don't miss your chance to stay in this (2nd to 12th row) beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath home, with over 2,500 square feet of living space, and your own private pool, all in the popular Heritage Woods and Baynard Cove area. Conveniently located near one of the bike paths that covers the entire Sea Pines. Bike to the lighthouse at Harbour Town or the Salty Dog Cafe at South Beach - both only 10 minutes by bike. Enjoy the open floor plan from the kitchen to the family room, pool, and screened in porch, great for entertaining and maximizing your vacation time with friends and family. And Moms - the kitchen has been completely remodeled in 2018. It features a great breakfast bar for the kids, as well as chef grade cooking gear, cutlery, and china! The living room features a 56 inch Samsung LCD HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player, and is awesome for watching movies with the family. Or, relax in the Carolina porch overlooking the pool and tranquil backyard while listening to your favorite music, reading or just plain relaxing! When it's time to say goodnight retreat to your own large private bedroom, all with ample closet and storage space.

Our home was built in 1998 and features 10 foot ceilings and all the modern comforts and amenities of a newer home. The kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances, HD TVs in every bedroom, and free high speed secured wireless internet service. Come and experience luxury, comfort, and convenience. All in a fantastic location in Sea Pines!

Sea Pines is a golfer or tennis enthusiast's paradise. You're only minutes away from Heron Point, the Ocean Course and the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of The Heritage Classic. All only 5 minutes away!

Are there any additional fees to be considered? The only additional optional fee is the optional fee to heat the pool. Please inquire with the property management company for a quote to heat the pool.

Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.

What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, losing keys, or having to exchange keys through the mail.

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? Just contact the property manager and we have on island resources to manage any issue with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact or resolve a problem with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.

How close are you to the beach? Under 5 minutes by bike, or an enjoyable 5-8 minute stroll. See the map below.

Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. Our home is just about equal distance to both; it's about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by car.

What size is your house? Our two story home is over 2,500 square feet. The master bedroom is located on the main level and is approximately 350 square feet. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms each about 200 square feet and all bedrooms have ample closet and storage space.

Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, our home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!

Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is 30 days or less away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.

The house was perfect. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. The pool is incredible! The yard had great wildlife viewing with the lagoon in the backyard. Easy and enjoyable bike ride to everywhere in Sea Pines. The rooms in the house are larger than they appear in the online photos.This was the best house we’ve stayed in over decades of vacations to HHI.

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in!

We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for over 35 years and this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Very clean and beautiful inside. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked! The pool was an absolute hit and the location couldn’t have been better. 3 min ride to the beach and 12 min to South Beach and Harbour Town! The garage was amazing! Bikes provided and plenty of beach chairs with umbrellas! We will definitely be back next year!

Great experience

This was our third stay at this house, but first since 2018. The house is super clean and the kitchen is extremely well-stocked. The bikes and two beach wagons were great to have. In addition, the house has an assortment of pool and beach toys, 5-6 beach chairs, and 2 boogie boards. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the short ride to the beach. John, the property manager, was great too. We didn't have any issues, but we appreciated the info he provided prior to our trip and him reaching out to see how things were going.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation

The property was as expected and more. A very cute home on the outside and beautifully decorated on the inside. The kitchen is well stocked, and the living space is very comfortable. We loved the master bedroom/bath, and the rooms were spacious. We very much enjoyed staying at this home and would consider it again for future stays. The garage is stocked with beach conveniences, such as bikes, chairs, wagons and even toys for the little ones. Bikes were very much appreciated for exploring along the bike paths! And it was only a brisk 10-minute walk to the beach. Prior to our arrival, we were informed of some weather-related issues at the house from a recent storm. The property manager and crew were very committed to getting the issues resolved and were a pleasure to work with.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Gorgeous house and pool in an ideal location! Our family of five (3 sons) had the best time - less than 5 mins to bike to the beach, quiet neighborhood but still easy to bike to Harbortown or South Sea Pines for fun. Loved the beach bike cart for carrying chairs & tons of beach towels! Plenty of tv’s for various viewers and absolutely amazing kitchen - we wanted for nothing. Thanks Kane Family!!

Great Location in Sea Pines

Everything went smoothly with our experience renting Sea La Vie. The house is lovely. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, hearth room, ample seating in the living room, and the screened porch overlooking the pool. The pool was the highlight of our time at the house. We used it every day. The bikes and beach gear in the garage for guest use was convenient and much appreciated. We loved the location, which was central to almost everything in Sea Pines. We rode bikes to the stables, Harbour Town, and South Beach multiple times. It’s a very short bike ride to the beach. Our only recommendations for improvement would be to fix the tv in the upstairs king bedroom (reported to the house manager, so I’m sure it will be addressed) and consider replacing the mattress in that room. It was soft and lacked support. These are not dealbreakers, however, and we would rent this home again. I recommend it for a fun family vacation.

Home away from home

We couldn't have had a better experience with this vacation rental. It truly felt as if we were in the comfort of our own home. There was absolutely nothing missing from this property that we could have wanted. The house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and was fully stocked with all necessary supplies. The kitchen even had seasonings, oils, paper plates, napkins etc. There was an abundance of puzzles, books and games to keep my young family entertained when they weren't enjoying the outdoors. The bikes and beach supplies were a fantastic addition and utilized every day for the short trip to the beach. We only had to rent two smaller bikes for my younger children. This home was a dream to stay in for the cleanliness, comfort and location. Beyond that, the individuals that manage the property were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or needs that we had. I would not hesitate to rent this home again or to recommend it to others.

This was truly a home away from home. The house layout was perfect for my family of 5, and the owners really thought of everything to ensure that every detail was covered. Stocked kitchen, garage w bikes, chairs and plenty of towels. The backyard was a relaxing oasis w a pool, bbq and screened in porch. Best VRBO experience ever!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The check in process and communication from the management company was excellent. This house is gorgeous and extremely clean. It was very comfortable for our family and in laws to stay in all together. The kitchen is newly remodeled and by far the best stocked VRBO kitchen we'd ever used. Plenty of quality utensils, dishware, etc. The heated pool and private backyard were perfect for having our kids swim all week long, and we enjoyed dining out on the screened in porch every evening. We appreciated having use of the beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and bicycles to take the 5 minute bike ride to the beach (or less than 10 minute walk). We also enjoyed using the bikes to get to Harbor Town (a 10-15 minute bike ride) and Salty Dog Cafe. The Sea Pines area is lovely and has so many shaded biking trails, making it easy to get around or just enjoy a bit of exercise. We will definitely be saving this property listing and planning to return!

Amazing holiday stay

Amazing property!! We loved everything about our stay. We did a great deal of cooking in the kitchen and this is by far the best stocked kitchen we have rented! It had everything we needed and more. The property was not just clean, it was immaculate! All beds were so comfortable for our taste, great nights rest! The pool was amazing and beautiful view from the backyard. I cannot say enjoy the good things about this property. And Kerry went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay! We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sea La Vie. Kerry was a joy to deal with, very accomodating. The house is stunning down to even the smallest detail. Plenty of cleaning supplies, extra toiletries, blankets, pool toys. You basically don't need to bring anything you're used to bringing to a vaca house. We even left some things for the next renters because that seemed to be what others had done. Even the master had a coaster in the side table drawers. Who thinks of that?!! The bikes were a very much appreciated bonus (we just rented one more smaller size for our youngest for the week) as were the beach chairs and cart. We had friends stop by that were staying off island and they raced about it too. Especially the screened in porch and yard. This was our first time to Hilton Head because we try to visit a different island/beach every year, but this one we will have to come back to for sure. The area and neighborhood is gorgeous and has everything you'll need for shopping and dining. Thanks for stay!

Our vacation stay was fabulous. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and cookware. The bikes and beach supplies were great to have since we flew to Hilton Head. It was a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Kerry was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

This home was fantastic! It had everything you could hope for. The bikes were in great condition. They also had 2 carts you could pull with your bikes. The home is very close to the beach. Less than a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed many hours many hours in the pool and screened in porch. The home was so clean and roomy. Loved the Master bedroom and bath! We will diffidently be back again.

Sea la Vie is the place to be!

Sea la Vie was a wonderful property to enjoy while at Sea Pines. We felt like it was our home away from home! My family has rented several homes in Sea Pines and this one was our favorite. The home was well maintained and so close to the beach. You won't need to bring anything extra except your groceries. We enjoyed the gas grill and playing in the pool. It was so nice not to have to rent bikes and locks. They even provided beach carts, beach towels and coolers. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is obvious that the property managers are doing an awesome job taking care of this home. Kerry checked in with us after we arrived to be sure everything was in order. That is a first in all our rental experiences! Give this home a try. You will not be dissapointed!

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We loved staying here the in July of 2018. The home is in a perfect location and close to the beach, much closer than the previous homes we've stayed in. The floor plan is excellent for those with older children as well with a downstairs master, and 2 bedrooms upstairs for the teens. We love the pool for nightly use after the beach and the bikes were an added bonus so we didn't have to rent so many. Highly recommend!
