This property is so clean. Everything was so simple and easy from start to finish. We loved the beach here and the room. There are many restaurants within walking distance too! There is a small restaurant on the way out to the beach which was so nice!

This was a nice clean place. Everyone was very nice, even the other guests. It was really nice to be right on the beach because all you had to do was take your items down and enjoy the beach. You will need to get up in the morning and go down to have staff take chairs and umbrellas closer to the water and have them ready for you by the time you get there to enjoy the day. My grandson was in heaven!!!! Conveniently located for food and shopping. Great stay!! Will be doing it again.

My stay

Overall the stay was okay, there were a few things that were not cleaned. The air vent in the bathroom was very dusty, spots on the floor were sticky, and the room had a slight smell of marijuana. The pool was down and I wish I would have known this prior to booking. It was not in the listing.

First I will give you the few things I would improve on. It was self check in. And from the instructions, I expected to find the car parking tag in our unit to be placed in the car. It was not. I had to go down to the office, complete opposite side of the building, and essentially check in with them to get the car tag. Second though the unit itself was clean, the dishes were not and there us no dishwasher to sanitize them. However, these two things were relatively minor for our trip. This was a great place for a quick, inexpensive girls' trip beach weekend. The unit itself was clean and we loved the balcony overlooking the beach. It was a great location, walking distance to Pier Park and many other restaurants and cute little beach shops.
