Great getaway with my family

We’ve stayed at the Regency Towers since my kids were little and now we bring our kids and grandkids. It’s a reasonably priced accommodation on a quieter part of the beach which is what we enjoy. It’s a little older but clean and spacious. Would rent from them again.

Room was clean. Upon arrival, the code that was given to us would not let us in the door. That was somewhat aggravating after a long drive, hauling luggage to the room, and having 3 tired kiddos. Thankfully, they quickly gave us a new code that worked right away.

Regency Towers

The listing and what we actually got was shown accurately. It was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) we had a great time. We could easily go from the room to the beach to the pool.

Not as described

This condo was not as described. It was dirty upon arrival. It needs a very deep cleaning. There was food on the walls and curtains. Our bedding was dirty. No duvets on the comforters as pictured. Bathrooms were dirty as well. We called guest services and it took hours for someone to come. They brought a bag of replacement bedding. No sheets included. The new bedding was also stained. Curtains were never addressed or many of the other issues we discussed. I took photos. I would not recommend renting this condo or any southern vacation rentals. We spent a lot of money and did not get what we were promised.
