We have a good time there with some issues and mainly with cleanliness and building management.
Cleanliness can be done much more better, stains on the sofa, stains on the rainless from leftover food, candy and empty bottles hide under the bed. Broken kitchen door. For all this you have high cleaning fee. We have to cleanup the apartment. We stay at the same building second time, last summer and this summer each time for 2 weeks. Well last summer they close the outside pool for 5 days, ok they have to fix this but this year they close indoor poll for reconstruction, one of the elevator was broken, then second elevator broken in two days our stay. 2 left to use for whole building. They close the water for two dash’s, each for 4houres. They also close two entrance to beach and two beach showers was also broken. I have to tell the maintenance to fix but they don’t care. Need to give some discount once you close pools or something is not working. Service and management of the building is getting worse, once you ask to fix it they always say “I am sorry” but once you not follow the rules of the building the sorry is not working to apologize. well it’s time to look for other please to stay, you don’t want to pay for pool what you can not use.
