1500 Sq ft miners cabin.

Freshly renovated in 2022.

Pets allowed (please read house rules for cost and terms)

New kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New bathroom.

Fireplace in the living room with a double sofa sleeper.

Spacious outdoor wet/dry sauna that comfortably accommodates up to four people
Downstairs bedroom king bed.

Private lock-out upstairs sleeping loft has Queen, Full, Twin with closet. All mattresses are new memory foam.

Only 24 miles to Telluride/Mountain Village Gondola!
The space
1500 square foot two-story miners cabin. Fully remodeled in 2022. Fresh and clean, bright interior. Large windows bring in Mountian views. South-facing deck with chairs.

Excellent location on Mantz directly across from the historic courthouse, and right off Main Street.

We have Starlink Satellite internet and a large HDTV with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney +, and other streaming services.

Super Nintendo for some throwback gaming.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire 1500 sq foot miners cabin and front south facing deck. Convenient off street parking directly in front of the cabin.

The miners cabin is a stand alone structure. There is an enclosed breezeway at the rear of the property connecting the miners cabin to the main home. This enclosed area connecting the two houses is locked off on both ends giving both houses lots of privacy.
Other things to note
Rico is a high Mountian town. We are located 8827 feet above sea level. In the winter snow storms can move in quickly.

4 wheel/All-Wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended when visiting during the winter months.

Just so you know, while we do our best to keep the path to the sauna clear, you may need to remove some snow to access it, especially between storms.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We used these as an access point to a hut trip to the north and it was so comfortable, so clean and the house had some many well thought out details that really gave it a charm. Highly recommend!
