Relax and unwind in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, located on the boardwalk and oceanfront. Spectacular ocean views from every window.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM- SAT TO SAT

This condo building has a indoor salt water treated pool, 24 hour security, gym, locked area for bikes, coin operated laundry facility on each floor except for the 1st floor, and a private parking garage with assigned parking for 1 vehicle.

We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows and blankets. You can rent bed linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels from a local company or you are welcome to bring your own. Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the unit, common areas or on balconies. There is a designated smoking area located in the parking garage. No pets or visiting pets.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

Love this condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time staying there. We love this place. It's convenient and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view. The only problem was one elevator was down the entire week.

Condo suited our needs perfectly. Loved the location on the boardwalk. 14th floor made for wonderful views. Quick walk to the beach. Large master bedroom with king size bed and great bathroom. 2nd bedroom had 2 full size beds. Both bedrooms and living room had great views of the ocean. Kitchen nicely equipped. Freezer had ice maker which was a pleasant surprise. Washer and dryer located just steps away from condo that had a QR code for ease to do laundry. Our host, Margie was great and responded quickly the couple of times we had questions. We would for sure stay here again!

Great location with boardwalk and main drag on Atlantic Ave right outside the door., Condo was clean and roomy with a great view of the ocean from both bedrooms and the main living area/balcony. Pool was convenient. Coin laundry on the floor also takes phone payment, so no need to bring quarters. Building elevator access was limited to 1/2 the week we went which caused some regular traffic/waiting for elevator room, but the condo itself was great and I suspect the complex will resolve the elevator issue.

Family Vacation

Took our kids for a family vacation and they loved it. Room was quiet and great views. Went to the aquarium, went to the Vibe District, and walked the boardwalk. Saw dolphins almost every morning. We all enjoyed our stay.

Condo clean very nice wonderful beach views and access .Only problem is Dolphin Run the complex itself was a bit dirty they do not clean elevators or windows …
