204 Beachwalk villa has been beautifully updated to provide a fun filled and carefree family vacation located in the Shipyard gated community. The open concept villa provides plenty of room for entertaining! Enjoy the relaxing colors of the electric fireplace, Smart TV, a new queen sleeper sofa, a comfy couch, recliner chair, and 2 barstools for morning coffee or watching the "chef of the day" prepare your favorite meal. The door wall off the dining room gives you access to the private large deck with tranquil views of palm, magnolia & oak trees with a view of the golf course. The kitchen features, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry, coffee maker, spice-rack, dishes, outdoor grilling tools and is well-stocked for all cooking, grilling & baking needs. The dining area has seats six. Plus, a table leaf & highchair are in guest bedroom closet. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and nook with a table & chairs for two. Didn’t Want to Leave!

This is a wonderful little condo! Check in was easy through an app and the property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and I appreciate this was a gated community. The walk to the beach was more around 10-15 minutes (some reviews said 5). It was not bad but keep in mind you may want to bring a beach cart or wagon with a lot of stuff. Would love to stay here again!!

Beach towels, plenty of dish soap, hand soap gif all the sinks. Coffee filter, spices, salt and pepper etc. The kitchen was very well equipped. Kitchen and baths were updated. Had a great stay.

Our vacation at 204 Beachwalk was everything that we had hoped for.

This well-kept spacious condo with beach theme is located in a quite portion of the Beachwalk community with an 8 minute walk to the beach. The deck has a tranquil view of nature that is unobscured by other buildings. There is so much to do on the island. We truly enjoyed our stay.
