- All dirty linens may be placed in the garage in front of the washer, cleaners will strip the beds. - Dishes should be cleaned and put away or in the dishwasher and running when leaving.

- Lock the front door. DO NOT lock the bottom handle on the front door - Lock the sliding glass door - Do not lock the kitchen door leading to the garage - Lock garage door leading to the back yard

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool: No diving. No glass in or around the pool. Children must have direct adult supervision at all times while in pool/patio area.

Very clean, very nice, recently remodeled, and well furnished with everything you need. Very good location on a quiet street just minutes away from everything. The backyard is beautiful and the pool is great. Would definitely stay here again.

If your looking to a quiet place away from everything but not far from the beach this is the place. we really enjoyed our stay here. Justin was great communicating and taking care of any issues we had. the pool was nice and relaxing and private. the house its self was clean and very roomy. also one perk not listed was the fighter jets we set by the pool and got a air show was pretty cool. Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home we really enjoyed our time.
