We are Michiganders and know the value of warmth and sunshine, especially in the heart of winter. We chose this gem of a location is southwest Florida due to proximity to the beach and the warmth it offers all year round. So whether you are a snowbird, or summer bird, we have room for you.
Why they chose this property
Our condo is located 5 min walk to the beach and national parks. We love to drink our coffee in the covered lanai while listening to the beach waves. We enjoy long walks in the beach, and there are miles to traverse along the beautiful Vanderbilt beach. Whether you choose to walk along Wiggins Delnor park and enjoy beach and greenery, or peruse the mansions while you spot dolphins and other marine life, there is always something magical to do for all ages.
What makes this property unique
We have renovated this condo to better suit the modern life and fully furnished so it fits a beach life. In addition, a heated pool is always ready for those days when the ocean temperature does not allow for swimming. We are within 1-2 miles drive of shopping centers and other attractions to help our guests have a memorable vacation.
