Guest Access:

The guest will have access to the entire apartment privately.

The guest will have access to a shared pool in the building.

The guest will have access to up to 2 parking spots (with a parking pass) - no oversized vehicles, no trailers.

The pool is managed by the HOA including the cleaning, generally the pool is open between Apr 1st - Oct 1st between 10am-8pm (hours subject to change without notice)

Guest Rules and Regulations



All guests must follow these rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal from the property.



1. Guests under 21 years old are not allowed to stay without a parent or the unit owner present.

2. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

3. Only registered owners, tenants, and guests may use the property.



4. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.

5. No drunk or disorderly behavior. This may result in immediate eviction.

6. Loud parties and disruptive noise are not allowed.

7. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

8. Fireworks or any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on property.

9. Damaging or tampering with property features will result in prosecution.

10. Do not play in or interfere with the elevators.

11. Skateboards and scooters are not allowed on the property.

12. No hazardous or flammable materials permitted inside the building.





Balcony Rules:

a. No grilling or cooking on balconies (gas or electric).

b. Nothing may be hung, draped, or stored on balcony railings.

c. Do not throw or drop any items from balconies.

d. Do not feed birds from balconies.



Pets:

Only deeded owners may have a pet on property. No pets allowed for renters or guests at any time.
