This house is spectacular. It is sublimely comfortable, private, completely curated for relaxation and a good time. Plus, it enjoys direct water access on a moving water, crystal clear canal with Atlantic Ocean access, a dock and a boat lift. Being here feels like sunshine.

What makes this property unique

Use of water toys, outdoor areas, stairs, pool and canal are at guests' own risk. Host assumes no liability for such use. Guest agrees to waive liability with arrival.

**Hosts ask guests to maintain a basic level of cleanliness during their 28 day or longer stays. If preferred, we can facilitate a cleaning with our local team mid-way through your stay for a $350 additional fee. If our home requires additional, deep cleaning following a stay excess fees are billed to guests.
