The Condominium was gorgeous, breathtaking. The view from our bedroom and patio was stunning. The beach was fabulous. It was so very Beautiful.
And, sadly, the Beast of our stay:
Communication was horrible/nonexistent. The literature in the condo stated there would be no reason to contact the front office and to have all communication via email. We emailed and have yet to recieve a response. It has been over a week now.
Both hot tubs worked only 1 day of our 12 day vacation.
The pool area was being pressure washed for 2 days with a large amount of the waste run off going directly into the pool. Needless to say, we did not swim those 2 days. There is a fitness center, however, we never received the code to use it, even after asking via email.
The "arcade" was quite hidden and consisted of a two player race game, one air hockey table that was very used, and two crane machines. All charging $1 per play per person.
There was no notification to us that they were going to be power washing the hallway floors during our stay. The noise and amount of water running into the condo when the door would be opened was quite startling. This lasted for 2 days.
The security staff and employee personnel that we encountered, on multiple occations, were phenomenal. The level of professionalism and kindness were seen, not only by us, but other guests we talked to at the resort. They were always very respectful and at work with a positive attitude.
