Seabrook's Buoyed By Love: Dog Friendly, Hot Tub!

From a fateful clam digging trip just minutes down the road from Seabrook that began our story in the fall of 2008 to 2018 where we started a new family adventure, love has always been with us. Without love keeping us afloat we would’ve been sunk many times over, hence the name for our house: Buoyed by Love.

Welcome to our getaway from the fast pace of everyday life. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Buoyed by Love has one of the best locations in Seabrook. With the home backing up to a wooded conservation area you feel secluded but still are just a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants on Market street and just a 5 minute walk to either the beach or the pool. At Buoyed by Love you are also just steps away from the Town Green park. From the park, take in the amazing views of Elk Creek and the Pacific Ocean while the kids play at the natural playground or sit around the community fire pit and make s'mores together. There is also a pickle ball court if you are feeling competitive, don’t forget the balls and paddles in the outdoor shed at the house!

Main Floor
As you walk in the front door, you'll find a built in bench and hooks, drop your bags and coats and make yourselves at home. There are comfortable couches and an oversized chair in the main living area, grab a throw blanket from the basket and relax by the gas fireplace.  There is a TV with cable, a Netflix account and DVD/Blue-ray player all available for your enjoyment. If you are trying to disconnect completely, there is a bookcase filled with lots of books, board and card games for everyone to enjoy as well. Off the main living area you will find a deck with Broil King BBQ and a double Adirondack chair with table, a perfect area to sit and chat with the cook. Back inside, you'll find an extendable dining table with a seat for everyone and a modern kitchen with all the tools you'll need for whipping up a quick lunch or a beautiful holiday meal.

Lower Floor
Downstairs there is a media room with leather couch that has a chaise lounge on one end, perfect for kicking back and watching a movie. There is a TV with cable, a Netflix account, DVD/Blue-ray player (DVDs in the entertainment center) and a mini classic Super Nintendo preloaded with 20+ games for both adults and kids alike. Off of the media room there is a bunk room with 4 twin XL built-in bunk beds, each with their own built-in reading light. There is also a bedroom with a plush queen size bed, this room has a large closet for storage as well (you'll find beach/pool towels for your use here). Lastly, there is a full bathroom with full size washer and dryer.

Primary Suite
The entire upper floor is a secluded primary suite with views of both the wooded conservation area and some peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Enjoy a good book in the reading chair or a relaxing bath in the soaker tub then climb into bed for the night in the elevated four post king sized bed with hand crafted old growth cedar bed steps. Be sure to crack a window to be able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise through the trees in the morning while waking up slowly to start a new day of relaxation or adventure.

Outside areas
There is a hot tub to soak in after a long day of playing, hiking or mountain biking. The trail to the beach runs right behind the house, so on your way back you can rinse sandy toes off in the enclosed outdoor shower right by the back door. There are plenty of choices for outdoor sitting areas as well. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck overlooking the wooded conservation area or take in a sunset in the evening with a glass of wine while sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch. There is also an outdoor table hand crafted from local old growth wood to enjoy a lovely meal with family or friends. In the outdoor storage shed you will find beach/sand toys, bocce ball, ring toss game, pickle ball paddles and balls and marshmallow roasting sticks.
Buoyed by Love is a dog friendly home and the front yard is fully fenced. We do ask that you help keep our home in the best shape possible by keeping pets off beds and other furniture.
