Tucked in behind the Old Stump, surrounded by beautiful forests, inside and out, Havsstuga will sweep you away to Scandinavian country.  Located steps from the Gnome trail and Mill District Park, Havsstuga is perfect for a family getaway. This thoughtfully appointed home has a joyful sense of style and everything you need for a fantastic trip to the beach. 

The outdoor splendor starts with seating under a covered porch. Relax while being serenaded by birds in the morning while you enjoy your cup of coffee and a good book. The backyard has an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your toes or rinse off your four-legged friend after a full day at the beach.  Grill up some dinner on the gas grill.  End your day with a soak in the private hot tub surrounded by mature greenery enhances the sense of privacy in the backyard.

Inside you’ll find Scandinavian artwork from local Northwest artists, luxurious details and comfortable furnishings, all designed to make you feel artfully at home. The great room’s seating and gas fireplace guarantee an inviting gathering space, a TV for movie night or a rainy day activity rounds out the living area. The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, stainless appliances, gadgets galore and a coffee bar. 

The sumptuous main-floor queen bedroom and attached bathroom welcomes you with cheery colors and a relaxing atmosphere. Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms await you. We loved our stay and would return again. The house was perfect for our two generations of adults family. Since our dogs are small, the yard was not quite contained enough to keep them from wandering off.

Great home, one catch…

Great location and layout for our family! One issue with the home also renting out the apartment on top of the garage which is VERY close to and over looks the hot tub, making the yard way less private. We also had to contact maintenance regarding an ant issue in the powder room downstairs, but other than these two things we enjoyed our stay and the location of the home relative to all the amenities and downtown.

I loved the house. It was me and my three kiddos, ages 11, 9 &6. The kitchen had everything we needed, the hot tub was great, and the location of the house was great. The only possible complaint I could consider is that the parking spot was tiny and I drive a small car. Other than that, the house was great. The Seabrook community sent messages every day with activities for the kids, the pool was really close to the house and there were plenty of fun games in the house for the kids to play with. Will stay here again for sure!

This house was just the right size for myself and my son, daughter in law and two grandchildren. The 'gnome forest' was right outside our door and was a big surprise for the kids. The house was a 4 star clean but both bathrooms needed a bit more effort to be ready for occupancy. Also could have used some weeding around the grounds. And if you favor sharp knives for preparing food, I suggest you bring one of your favorites from home. (The doors on the refrigerator could be reversed swing for easier access) Overall very satisfied with the house location and amenities.

Very well located, close to the town center and indoor pool. House has everything we needed to just drop in and enjoy Seabrook. Hot tub was a hit, although we spent most of the time around town, beach and pools. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking was kind of tight since we drove a truck. Garage is not available as part of the rental, but still ok for a regular-size car. Overall, very pleasant stay and I'd definitely come back.
