Rules

1. Wristbands are required from March 1st to APRIL 7th for guests, ages 10 - 32. The fee for wristbands is $25, per wristband.
2. Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Maximum number of vehicles allowed: 2.
3. Wristbands and parking permits are available for pick-up at Island Services, 9 AM to 5 PM, at 1700 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597.
​​​​​4.  If you arrive after 5 PM, please coordinate with the on-site team, in advance, at 956-398-3492.

 

So many things to do within walking distance! Walk to the beach, dining, and local shops. 
Gated community with 24-hour security. It’s nice to know that only guests and owners permitted will be on the property. 
A reputable condominium complex that is easy to find and close to the Causeway bridge.

Awesome View & Location But Needs Updating

We had a great time. We loved the big balcony with a perfect view. The location was super. The condo was clean, and stocked with the basics. Wifi was great. This condo is very spacious. Everyone could spread out and find their own spot, which was a refreshing change from standard hotel rooms. The condo really needs a full remodel. The dishwasher was broken our whole stay. The microwave was broken when we got there too, but they brought in a countertop one. All in all, I felt like I got my money's worth, but the condition of the condo was a disappointment.

Needs updating

It felt like the owners do as little as possible to improve the space. The main bedroom had missing blinds, so we didn't have privacy from the tarrace. TV in the main bedroom didn't work. The furniture in the livingroom was practically broke. Nice view though
