Since the property is on the edge of Hafling and in the middle of green, it is located very idyllically and peacefully - directly by the house stunning paths begin. This location promises a beautiful, relaxing holiday. From the view balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the breathtaking view and the late sunsets - it is an unforgettable experience.

Only 500m away you will find an original stable for the famous Haflinger horses - here you can go on rides, guided riding hours or carriage rides. Directly above our city of Hafling you will find the famous ski and hiking paradise Meran 2000, it can be reached comfortably through a gondola. In one of the neighboring hotels you can take advantage of different wellness offers (pool, sauna, massage).

Access and location: Despite the spectacular location, our property can be reached by car very well. The driveway is a little traveled street and ends up as a dead end at the house. Parking spaces are available directly outside the front door. Since there is thus no through traffic, the location is very quiet and charming.
Merano cam be reached by car withiin only 10 minutes on a large, very well maintained and clean public road.
