This home was designed by the owner/architect, and his wife with the desire to build a unique and modern home that encompasses the nature and beauty of our Barnegat Bay and beyond! Floor to ceiling windows and multi levels, let in the natural light and allow for unobstructed spectacular views! The home has 4 bedrooms, 31/2 baths and a king sofa bed. The first level has twin beds which can be converted into a king if needed. The TV room is here also with a king size pull out sofa.There is a laundry room on this level and full bathroom for these 2 rooms.The next level has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom. There is a newly updated bathroom here as well, complete with tub and shower. The master bedroom, on the next level has a king bed, large private bath with double vanities, jacuzzi tub, and shower. The kitchen has plenty of storage and is well equipped for all your needs. the counter seats up to five, and the kitchen opens to a dining area that has a table large enough to seat 10! There is a powder room on this level also. The main living room is divided from the dining room and kitchen by the large double sided contemporary fireplace.From here, you will find high ceilings with windows that offer an amazing view. One short flight up is another seating area/office with comfortable leather sofa. Here is where you will access the roof top deck. Talk about views! There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunsets! If you head downstairs, you will find an oasis with windows that soar to the top levels of the house. Here, you will find your indoor hot tub, wet bar, fridge and sink, all for your entertaining and enjoyment. Step outside to the table and lounge chairs and enjoy the bay! There is bay access for swimming, crabbing, fishing or just floating! There are 2 kayaks for guests use. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation her on beautiful Long Beach Island!

The owner is very accommodating. The property has a unique outdoor spaces and amazing views.

Beautiful property. Spectacular views of the bay. Nicely appointed, with the host providing bed linens, towels, beach chairs and badges, as well as two kayaks which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful bay front property

The architecture is stunning, the amenities and furnishings were lovely, and the location in quiet Brant Beach was perfect. But the outstanding thing about this property is the absolutely amazing water views from every room. The outdoor area, including a bay front deck was great too. We loved our stay here.

Excellent house on the bay

Really a nice experience in a quiet neighborhood. easy to either take a short walk or drive and park on the beach block. House was large enough for 6 of us to spread out in and had numerous outdoor spaces on the roof or out back. Very nice place to spend some time in at LBI

Brant Beach Bay Views

My family enjoyed staying at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean home on the bay in Brant Beach. The interesting architecture of the home includes lots of windows with stunning bay views in almost every room. Brant Beach is a nice, central location on LBI. Jessica is an excellent host — friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond and inform. Highly recommend!

Great Location & plenty of space

House was in a great location to access the beach, walkable coffee and lunch spot and just a short drive to any shopping or other attractions. Plenty of space to spread out with two separate living room areas, a roof deck, and an outdoor patio, this was crucial for our kids to have their own space when they needed it. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. Additionally, the property manager was extremely accommodating and responsive! Will definitely go back.

Great location, impeccable house!

This is the best VRBO experience we've had. The house was perfect -- plenty of areas to gather inside and outside, but also to get quiet time for those who had to work. Everything was clean and there were ample kitchen and beach items -- the host has truly thought of everything. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor deck/patio right on the bay. Jessica could not have been easier to deal with and was extremely responsive for the few questions we had. We will certainly stay here again when back on LBI!

Perfect Vacation

The home is large and spacious and multilevel. The views from the living room and dining room are stunning and we could just sit there all day. The house is right on the bay, so great views, sunsets and easy access to bay. Beach is a short walk. Back yard is right on the bay and appointed nicely with grill, chairs, umbrella and table. There is also a hot to enjoy.

Excellent property and experience

The property is gorgeous and well kept. Stunning views of the bay are available from virtually every room of the house. The house is stocked with all the chairs and umbrellas you will need for the beach, which is a stone’s throw away. The backyard on the bay is an awesome place to hang out, and contains enough seating to comfortably field a large group. The host is responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend staying here!

Great Place!

We loved this unique 80s style property right on the bay. It was very clean and organized and we especially loved how there is separate living rooms on each of the three living floors as well as large rooftop and bay decks. Our adult children and significant others really enjoyed their own bedroom and floor and living areas and hot tub. We would definitely rent again and appreciated that you could rent by the night and did not have to be weekly. Jessica was very accommodating and responsive.

Fabulous House on LBI!

When we pulled up we could hardly believe how ideal the house is situated on the bay. It is a fun layout with lots of beautiful views of the water, comfortable rooms that accommodated 7 adults (mom and dad, children and friends), and everyone was happy. Just sitting in the yard right on the bay is great. Kayaks at the house and easy launching into the bay add an extra nice feature. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to as much action as you’d want. Really great and will rent it again soon. One of our better family vacations where everyone loved the place and the space.

Beautiful Unique Property and Outstanding Host

This is one of the best VRBO properties we rented. Great convenient location. The house is unique with beautiful views and sitting areas on multiple levels. Easy access to swim in the bay, and the house came with two kayaks and life jackets. The host Jessica is outstanding, with timely and polite communications and prompt responses to questions. No long list of house rules unlike some other properties. I guess the host just expects that people renting a property as nice as this have enough common sense and decency to use the property responsibly.

Our Jersey Get Away

The home is aged and not valued at the price we paid. Shag carpeting (looks original), decor was from time of build (late 80's(?)), furniture was rough, beds sagged and all plumbing/ lighting, tile and hardware must all be original (late 80's). Hot tub gets warm although the jets barely jet. My experience leads me to believe that the nice host is about 50-75% too high for homes quality.

Sorry you feel this way. i do price my home accordingly. I make every effort to deliver a well decorated home in a lovely waterfront setting. Mostly all of my guests enjoy my home and leave very nice compliments. Perhaps you will visit other homes,pay more and you will be a happy guy.

I am a long time resident of LBI, and enjoy being a VRBO host to wonderful families who come to relax and make memories. The house is unique and was built with a lot of thought and care. There are views from all windows facing the bay. Many people say it is amazing when they walk in, I hope you will enjoy a lot of good memories here!

Why they chose this property

The home is located on the bay, with approximately 100 feet of open water views. There is a small bay beach area next to the house, that connects at the end of the adjacent block. There are 2 kayaks and life vests available to you use and a ladder to access the water. There is a private easement driveway to the home.

Some of the closest places to visit in Brant Beach are Bayview Park and playground on the bay, the Township beach pavilion (which hosts free weekly beach concerts and firepit sundays), Daddy O's restaurant has indoor and outside bars/dining, a great breakfast nook "The Barrell", a bagel shop, bike rentals, specialty women's clothing, 2 ice cream shops (The Custard Hut has great food too!), 2 candy stores, gift stores, and of course the beach!

It is a perfect location, within walking distance, if anyone is in town for a wedding or event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club!

Overall, a great family oriented town, the home has privacy, in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
