Host was amazingly attentive and helpful. The place is a good layout and pool/hot tub were wonderful. Really loved the location to the beach and walking trails. Good for both parents, grandparents and kids! We would love to book there again!

Such a nice stay. Great location great home! Host was great. The master bathroom shower water is hot and I couldn’t figure it out but that is all on me, I never asked the host and when we had a question he was super responsive. We will be coming back we loved it.

Wonderful Naples trip!

Great House!

Perfect size, very clean and close to all things that we love in Naples/Fort Myers area. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the house had absolutely everything we needed plus things we didn’t know we would need. We had a great time!

House was great in a great location close to the beach and shops. The property manager had great communication if something was missing was quick to help. The house was equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen as well.

Property manager's response was incredibly fast and answered questions before our stay. Home was lovely with a great layout for several (6 in our case) to have privacy in bedrooms and BRs and the open space was perfect for group conversations. Home was clean and plenty off dishes and cookware. You do need to bring all you would need to prepare meals (spices, condiments, etc). Would have been nice to have Kleenex in BRs. Pictures are accurate and not exaggerated! Lovely property and would stay again.

Great house and was perfect for us - 6 adults, 2 kids. Especially liked the layout of the house and pool with outside patio. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Host also checked in and made sure we were all set. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.

I can't say enough great things about this property! The home was AMAZING, so comfortable and in a great location! This property was amazing… clean, a well stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels and plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Our family loved staying here. Pool was great for our kiddos. We had a very nice week at the property. Had a group of 10 people, and we all had our space there. Kids loved the pool. Anthony (prop mgr) was super responsive in terms of general outreach; reached out on his own to let us know we could get in early (was very appreciated), scheduled in through week, and answered questions. House had plenty of beach toys/wagon/chairs to use. It was an enjoyable week there.

Very nice house. Great layout, clean, worked great for our family. There was very low water pressure and cold water was basically lukewarm but that's likely common in FL the it's 95 degrees every day. Had a small issue with ants but host handled it within hours. Would still recommend.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Anthony was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, and the house was immaculate! The house was equipped with every kitchen supply/utensil you'd need to cook/dine, the beach toys, wagon and chairs were awesome to have, and every bedroom was so comfortable and had it's own smart tv. The pool and hot tub were amazing and nice and warm, we swam at all hours of the day! Location is perfect, so close to the beach and many restaurants, stores, etc. All the towels and linens you'd need as well which was great for our beach and pool days. The master bedroom and kitchen were stunning, and the outdoor kitchen/dining area was perfect for grilling and hanging with friends. We already want to come back next year! 10/10

What a house! We had a wonderful stay in March 2024. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything your family might need while visiting Naples! The beds were new and clean, as well as all furnishings. We were so impressed with the assortment and quality of the kitchen cutlery, pans, storage options and utensils. The host, Anthony, was wonderful! He was available when we needed him and helpful in every way. He hosts with a midwestern hospitality and friendliness that made us feel right at home!
