A tropical oasis inside a quiet & secure double-gated golf community. Located 2 houses from the 24-hour guard station. The house has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It includes an open-air private patio with party table and large charcoal grill. There is a village swimming pool that is rarely occupied, plus access to a much larger swimming park at the golf clubhouse. Also included is a 3-person spa jacuzzi with 39 hydro massage jets & dual rainfall showers. This is the ultimate family party location!
