A tropical oasis inside a quiet & secure double-gated golf community. Located 2 houses from the 24-hour guard station. The house has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It includes an open-air private patio with party table and large charcoal grill. There is a village swimming pool that is rarely occupied, plus access to a much larger swimming park at the golf clubhouse. Also included is a 3-person spa jacuzzi with 39 hydro massage jets & dual rainfall showers. This is the ultimate family party location!

Why they chose this property
Near enough to Manila to have easy access to the airport and businesses but far enough away from Manila to have clean air with peace and quiet. Also very secure compared to many areas in the Philippines.
